Choose a plan when you create your school
You pick Basic, Standard or Advanced on the registration form. No card, no Mobile Money, nothing to pay.

Use everything in that plan for 30 days
Real pupils, real fees, real report cards. Whatever you enter during the trial stays when you subscribe.

Pay only if you want to continue
Your dashboard warns you as the trial nears its end. You pay through Paystack for a month, a term or a year. If you do not, access pauses and your records are kept.
Free SMS credits with every Advanced payment.
Each time you pay for Advanced, credits are added to your school's wallet. Use those first; buy more inside the app only if you run out.

Do you charge per pupil or per teacher?
No. One price covers the whole school, however many pupils and staff you have.
Which plan should we start with?
Basic if the office only needs records and fees. Standard if teachers will take attendance and enter scores, and you want report cards. Advanced if you also want to SMS parents. You can move between plans at any time.
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan when you create your school and use everything in it, free, for 30 days. Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, you pay to continue; if you do not, access pauses and your records stay exactly as they were.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately, and the days left on your current plan are converted into days on the new one, so nothing you paid for is lost. A downgrade is queued and starts when your current period ends.
How do we pay?
Through Paystack, with Mobile Money or a bank card. There are no automatic debits: you renew when you choose, for a month, a term or a year.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Pay for the period you want and stop whenever you like. Setup is guided inside the app, and you can import your pupils from a spreadsheet.
Can teachers sign in on the Basic plan?
No. Basic is for the office: records and finance. Teachers sign in on their own phones from the Standard plan up, which is where attendance, assessments and report cards live.
How does SMS pricing work?
Every Advanced payment comes with free SMS credits: 1,000 a month, 3,000 a term or 10,000 a year, added again at every renewal. One credit sends one standard message. When those run out you buy more inside the app, in bundles, with Mobile Money or a card. The free trial does not include credits.
